Return Policy
At Arches FootCare, we strive to offer a fair and transparent return policy that aligns with industry standards, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all our customers. Our policy is clearly printed on each receipt and posted at the cash register for your convenience.
General Return Guidelines
  • We do not resell returned shoes or items under any circumstances. Every item you purchase from Arches FootCare is new and the first time being sold.
  • We work closely with manufacturers to honor any return guarantees or policies available to you. If the manufacturer allows returns or exchanges, we will pass those terms along to you.
  • While we provide personalized assistance in helping you select the right fit, the final decision on a purchase is the customer's responsibility.
Clearance Items
  • All clearance items are final sale. These products are new, discontinued items marked down for sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Brooks Shoes
  • Brooks offers a 30-day wear guarantee. We encourage customers to wear the shoes both indoors and outdoors to allow time for the shoes to adjust to your gait. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Please bring your receipt as proof of purchase; tags and boxes are not necessary.

Prescription Items
  • Custom orthotics, other personalized items, and personal products (e.g., toe separators) are non-refundable.
Over-the-Counter Arch Supports
  • Over-the-counter (OTC) arch supports are non-refundable. Please note that it may take up to 4 weeks for your feet to adjust to the new supports. We recommend gradually increasing wear time each day to avoid discomfort. If adjustments are needed, we offer heat-molding services—just make an appointment to visit us with your arch supports and shoes.
Specific Arch Supports (Sole, Cadence, Kneed, Springer)
  • These arch supports are non-returnable or exchangeable.
