Lynn & Heinz Reichl
Karlheinz Reichl (better known as Heinz) relocated to Texas from his native Bavaria/Germany with his American wife, Lynn, in 1995. The family moved to Temple in 2009. Heinz has his German Associates Degree in Orthotics/Prosthetics. He did his apprenticeship in Ansbach, Germany at Sanitaetshaus Hans Link, Inc., where he learned fabrication of prosthetics and orthoses. He became an Orthotist Technician in 1981. He has been an ABC (American Board of Certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics) Certified Pedorthist since 2005. Heinz has over 40 years of experience in the industry with 14 years specializing in foot care. He is known for his exceptional customer service and has been recognized for his outstanding work at Scott and White Hospital. Karlheinz is a hardworking, ethical and caring individual. He has helped individuals all over Germany, Dallas and Texas make peace with their feet.
Lynn Reichl, a former Army Brat, was dragged against her will to Germany at the tender age of 13, but eventually decided to stay long after it was necessary. Lynn worked in retail (AAFES) and in health and wellness in Germany. Her passion was training others how to teach Group Fitness. She and Heinz moved to the United States in 1995. Lynn managed several large group fitness programs in Dallas before moving to Temple. Lynn was a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor for over 25 years, holding certifications from the American Council on Exercise, the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, and was Biomechanics Resistance Training Certified from the renowned Cooper Institute of Dallas, Texas. Lynn's focus on wellness blends well with the philosophy of Arches Footcare: Support patients and customers by finding solutions to help keep them on their feet.
The Reichl's have been married 38 years and have three children.
ARCHES opened July of 2012.
